WHAT TO EXPECT
Seafood Boil Terms & What to Expect
We want your seafood boil to be fun, easy, and stress-free! Here’s what you can expect when booking your event, along with a few things we’ll need from you to help everything run smoothly.
Reservations & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future available date if your plans change.
Your final guest count and seafood add-ons are due 7 days before your event. Your confirmed guest count becomes the minimum number of guests you will be billed for. Last-minute additions can often be accommodated and added to your final balance.
Minimum guest counts may apply depending on the seafood boil package selected.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due in full before our arrival on the day of your event. Your final balance will include any selected add-ons, applicable travel charges, service/gratuity, and other agreed-upon charges.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (3% processing fee)
- ACH — no processing fee
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Zelle
Arrival & Setup
Our team typically arrives approximately two hours before your scheduled Dump Time to begin cooking and setting up.
You do not need to be home when we arrive as long as:
- Guest dining tables and chairs are already set up
- We have access to the designated cooking and serving areas
- Our vehicles can easily access the setup area
- Any necessary indoor facilities, including an oven when required, are accessible
Once we arrive, we’ll take it from there!
Cooking Area Requirements
Cooking and preparation are primarily performed outdoors. Our cooking and prep area must be located near our vehicles on a hard, flat, and safe surface.
For safety reasons, cooking equipment and burners cannot be placed on grass, wood, sand, epoxy flooring, or other unsuitable surfaces.
In the event of rain or severe weather, the client is responsible for providing a suitable covered cooking area.
Dining & Dump Table Setup
Standard dining table décor is included for up to three guest tables. Additional tables may be decorated for an additional charge.
When needed, we provide a Dump Table at no additional charge, styled in our signature red-and-white gingham with a food-grade brown paper runner.
Custom or specialty decorations are the responsibility of the client.
Accessibility & Safety
Safety comes first when we’re transporting hot food and heavy cooking equipment.
If your preferred dining area requires our team to navigate stairs, multiple levels, steep inclines or declines, or other difficult terrain, we may set up the Dump Table at the closest safe, easily accessible location.
Guests can then prepare their plates at the Dump Table and carry them to the preferred dining area.
What’s Included With Your Boil
Depending on the package selected, your seafood boil may include shrimp, Andouille sausage, onions, corn on the cob, baby potatoes, biscuits, melted butter, and other seafood selections.
We also provide the essentials for enjoying your boil, including:
- Bamboo cutlery
- Seafood bibs and wet naps
- Disposable plates with food-grade liners

Client Responsibilities
To help us provide a smooth and enjoyable event, clients are responsible for:

After Dump Time
Once the big “Dump” happens, it’s time for you and your guests to dig in!
Our standard seafood boil service does not include waitstaff, dining table clearing, or post-meal cleanup. After Dump Time, our team packs up our cooking equipment and supplies and departs so you can relax and enjoy your gathering.
Guests are responsible for clearing dining tables and disposing of trash generated during the meal. Our team removes trash generated during the cooking and preparation of your seafood boil.
Optional Post-Meal Service
Additional staffing may be arranged in advance for an additional hourly charge if you would like assistance maintaining the Dump Table while guests are dining or help with post-meal cleanup.
Please request this service when booking so appropriate staffing can be arranged.
Cancellations & Date Changes
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change your event date, your deposit may be transferred to another available date.
Special-order seafood, including live Maine lobster, cannot be refunded once the order has been placed.
The Seafood Boil Experience
Our seafood boils are designed to be a fun, hands-on Low Country–style dining experience. We bring the boil to you, handle the cooking, dress the tables, and make the big Dump.
